Video collaboration conference

Integrated and converged video conference systems and how to improve the user experience

Monday 25th May, 2009

Sponsored by: Monash University, AARNet and Integrated Vision.

Following highly successful AARNet Roadshows in 2008, Monash University is proud to present the first in the series for 2009. This time with a twist! Monash will be providing a ‘show and tell’ section on the program, where you can view the latest in high-technology meeting rooms.

This is a free event designed to stimulate collaborations and the exchange of knowledge. The program includes a range of talks about the next generation videoconferencing and the importance of 'ease of use' for users.

Although this is a Victorian event, interstate visitors are welcome. Delegates can be from university IT and audio-visual communities. There is a suggested maximum of 3-5 attendees per institution.

Presenters are from the university and vendor communities.
