If you are having trouble with the functioning of your telephone, either the handset or the connection, please call the following number for assistance:

External dialing to the Faultline +61 3 9905 4008

Multiple Phones

If there is a problem with multiple extensions that indicates there is a problem with the telephone network, please report the problem via the ITS Service Desk

Voice Service Installation

If there is a problem that relates to a requested voice service installation, please contact Network Infrastructure Services directly. Preferably quote the Heat call number for the installation that was generated from the voice service order form at Service Installations and Changes.

Voicemail

If there is a problem with voice mail facilities then either report the problem to the Service Desk or contact Network Infrastructure Services directly by email or by phone on extension 50556.
