Palm OS - Backup/Restore

As there are no native backup and restore options for Palm OS, a third party product is required.

A large variety of third party products are available commercially that allow you to backup to the local desktop computer and/or an expansion card on the PDA.

One such product for Palm users is BackupBuddy available from Blue Nomad.
