This service is the provision of infrastructure and services to host and maintain Monash University websites and the websites of faculties, divisions and affiliate organisations.
This service includes the provision of web hosting and administration, content management services, usability and accesibility services.

Authorised staff at all Monash University locations.

How do I get it activated?
|
Web hosting and administration: Web managers and business owners should contact the ITS Service Desk.
CMS: Web managers and business owners should contact the ITS Service Desk. Staff who need access to maintain web content should contact their local IT support staff.
Usability and accessibility: This service does not require activation.

How do I use it once it is activated?
|
Web hosting and administration: The staff member will need to contact their IT support staff.
CMS: Log into the content management system.
Usability and accessibility: The staff member will need to visit the usability and accessibility evaluation services site.

Web hosting and administration: This is a centrally funded service.
CMS Usage: This is a centrally funded service.
CMS Training: Workshop costs vary depending on the course and can be found on the TeamSite - Content Management System page.
